You can also delete frequently visited sites altogether. Rather than wait for them to eventually disappear from your Frequently Visited list or get replaced by other sites, you can easily delete frequently visited sites you don't want to see any more right away.
However, there will likely be sites you no longer visit, such as once tax season is over.
The websites you visit most often appear as Frequently Visited when you open a new tab in Safari.
